Tanggung Jawab
- Manage multi-channel customer inquiries (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex technical issues and product questions on first contact
- Document interactions in CRM system and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues efficiently
- Maintain deep product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs
- Contribute to customer experience enhancement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B customer service or technical support
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure during peak hours
- Certification in customer service management (advantageous)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach
