- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM tools and knowledge base systems
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Document cases accurately and maintain 98%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with product teams to improve service workflows
- Participate in monthly training sessions on product updates
Kualifikasi
- Min. 1 year experience in customer service/tech support role
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong English proficiency
- Proficient in Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Calm demeanor under pressure during peak hours
- Available for rotational weekend shifts
- Relevant certification in customer service management preferred
