Tanggung Jawab

  • Resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone within SLA targets
  • Document and escalate technical issues to engineering teams
  • Develop troubleshooting knowledge base articles
  • Monitor social media channels for customer support requests
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
  • Conduct monthly customer satisfaction surveys
  • Train junior support staff on product knowledge

Kualifikasi

  • Min. 2 years experience in customer support/tech support
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
  • Proficiency with Zendesk and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Certificate in IT Support (CompTIA A+/Google IT) preferred
  • Experience with SaaS products
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
  • Portfolio demonstrating customer service excellence
