Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone within SLA targets
- Document and escalate technical issues to engineering teams
- Develop troubleshooting knowledge base articles
- Monitor social media channels for customer support requests
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Conduct monthly customer satisfaction surveys
- Train junior support staff on product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Min. 2 years experience in customer support/tech support
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency with Zendesk and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Certificate in IT Support (CompTIA A+/Google IT) preferred
- Experience with SaaS products
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Portfolio demonstrating customer service excellence
