Kualifikasi
- Min. 2 years experience in customer service/tech support
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Experience working with remote teams
- Certification in customer service preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
