Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a tech environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
