Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction target
  • Resolve technical issues using CRM tools while maintaining detailed case documentation
  • Collaborate with product team to identify recurring service gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Conduct post-interaction surveys and analyze feedback for service enhancement
  • Maintain 24/7 availability during rotational weekend shifts (1x/month)
  • Mentor new team members on service protocols and product knowledge
  • Proactively upsell premium services during high-value customer interactions

Kualifikasi

  • Min. 2 years in customer service/tech support with proven conflict resolution skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with advanced English proficiency
  • Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical abilities with data-driven problem-solving approach
  • Certification in Customer Experience (CCXP) or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in fintech/e-commerce industries highly valued
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
