Tanggung Jawab
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction target
- Resolve technical issues using CRM tools while maintaining detailed case documentation
- Collaborate with product team to identify recurring service gaps and improvement opportunities
- Conduct post-interaction surveys and analyze feedback for service enhancement
- Maintain 24/7 availability during rotational weekend shifts (1x/month)
- Mentor new team members on service protocols and product knowledge
- Proactively upsell premium services during high-value customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- Min. 2 years in customer service/tech support with proven conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with advanced English proficiency
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Certification in Customer Experience (CCXP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience in fintech/e-commerce industries highly valued
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
