Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Document interactions accurately in Zendesk and escalate complex cases
- Collaborate with sales/product teams to improve service quality
- Meet daily performance targets (20+ calls, 95% first-contact resolution)
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for existing clients
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Min. 1 year experience in customer service or contact center
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Proficient with CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Relevant certification (e.g., Customer Service Excellence) is a plus
- Passion for technology and innovation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
