Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product inquiries, billing issues, and technical support requests
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues effectively
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service processes
- Meet key performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support role
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume periods
- Customer-first mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
