Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved cases
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Conduct post-interaction surveys to gather actionable feedback
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Support CRM data integrity and reporting initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or support role
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Certification in customer service management (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for process improvement
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
