Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Resolve complex technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell products based on customer needs
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and training material development
- Monitor customer feedback trends and report critical insights to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or support role
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient in CRM systems (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and multitasking capability
- Experience in e-commerce or SaaS industry highly valued
- Certification in customer service management is advantageous
