Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Actively contribute to team performance metrics and quality standards
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Participate in regular training to stay updated on product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support role
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance targets
