Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical and billing issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium service packages
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback and analytics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support role
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Excellent active listening and empathetic communication skills
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business/communication preferred
- Basic knowledge of IT products/services is advantageous
