Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns using CRM tools
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/technical support
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of SaaS products
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
- Relevant certification (e.g., CCXP) is a plus
