- Handle 50+ daily customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve technical inquiries with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Document cases accurately in Zendesk with detailed resolution notes
- Identify upsell opportunities during support interactions
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex issue escalation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain 98% customer satisfaction score
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Advanced knowledge of Zendesk/Gorgias CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Certificate in Customer Service or IT Support preferred
- Typing speed 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Experience in SaaS or e-commerce industry
