Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95% satisfaction target
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex cases
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve recurring product issues
- Maintain detailed knowledge base documentation

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or support role
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Experience with Zendesk/Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and multitasking skills
- Certification in customer service management is advantageous
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
