Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and product-related questions
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (>95%) and response time standards
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell relevant products
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)
- Relevant certification in customer service preferred
