Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical and billing issues using CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell premium services
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning modules
- Support marketing campaigns through customer feedback analysis
Kualifikasi
- Min. SMA/D3/S1 with 1+ years customer service experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and conflict resolution abilities
- Resident in Solo/Surabaya/Jogjakarta/Kediri preferred
