Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries via multiple channels (chat, email, phone) with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns using CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Train new team members on service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong written communication
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Adaptable to flexible schedules (including weekends)
- Certification in customer service (e.g., CCXP) is a plus
