Tanggung Jawab

  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex problems

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SMA/D3 degree in any field
  • 1+ years customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Adaptable to remote work environments
  • Ability to work rotating shifts if needed
  • Basic computer literacy with typing speed >30 WPM
