Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and escalate technical problems to technical teams
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case records
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for existing clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Maintain deep product knowledge across our tech portfolio
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance service skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in tech industry
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) with attention to detail
- Resident in Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, or Kediri
- Remote candidates must have stable internet connection
