  • Resolve complex technical and billing issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases

  • Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues effectively

Kualifikasi

  • Min. D3/S1 degree in any field with 1+ years customer service experience
  • Exceptional Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume periods
  • Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting concepts
  • Validated typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
  • Customer-centric mindset with genuine empathy
