Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve complex technical and billing issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolutions
  • Proactively educate customers about product features and best practices
  • Meet/exceed key performance metrics including response time and first-contact resolution
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills welcome)
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of consumer electronics or SaaS products preferred
  • Valid Indonesian work authorization
