Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Document interactions and update CRM systems accurately for seamless team collaboration
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell relevant products based on customer needs
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve service processes
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support roles
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with active listening capabilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
