Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM tools and knowledge base systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved cases efficiently
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain client records
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs analysis
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for faster resolution times
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or technical support
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & verbal)
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Certification in customer service management is advantageous
- Experience with SaaS products preferred
