Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve technical issues with empathy and efficiency using CRM systems
- Document all interactions accurately in our customer database
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs analysis
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in tech/finance sector
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English proficiency
- Proficient in CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in customer service management (advantageous)
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
