Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical issues and product-related concerns efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and track resolution metrics
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and response time targets
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support role
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Adaptability to flexible schedules including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)
