Tanggung Jawab
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex technical issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document all interactions in our CRM system with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction metrics
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score across all touchpoints
- Participate in weekly training sessions to update product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or technical support
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Relevant certification in customer service management (preferred)
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM)
- Experience in SaaS or technology sector highly valued
