Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Document interactions accurately in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Maintain performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, response time)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Min. D3/S1 degree in any field with 1+ years customer service experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient in CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure with empathy and patience
- Basic technical knowledge of digital products/services
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude with team collaboration mindset
