Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized customer support via multiple channels (chat, email, phone)
- Resolve complex technical issues with empathy and efficiency
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with product teams to improve service workflows
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in quarterly service innovation workshops
Kualifikasi
- Min. D3/S1 in Communication/Business/IT field
- 2+ years in customer service or tech support
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Certificate in Customer Experience Management (advantageous)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
