Tanggung Jawab
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with <95% resolution rate
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Document all interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve complex product issues
- Maintain 4.8+ satisfaction score through personalized service
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives monthly
- Mentor new team members on service protocols
- Analyze customer feedback trends for strategic insights
Kualifikasi
- Min. 2 years in customer service with tech industry experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient in Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to multitask across 3+ communication channels
- Strong analytical thinking with data-driven approach
- Certification in Customer Service Excellence (preferred)
- Experience in e-commerce or fintech sectors (advantage)
