Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using professional techniques (espresso, pour-over, latte art)
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain immaculate hygiene standards for equipment and workspace
- Manage inventory and stock rotation for coffee beans and supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience in high-volume establishments
- Expert knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to create intricate latte art (rosetta, tulip, swan)
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
