Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and traditional techniques
- Master latte art and pour-over methods for visually stunning presentations
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm Indonesian hospitality
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and operational standards in the coffee station
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal coffee menus
- Train junior staff on coffee preparation and customer engagement
- Manage inventory and ensure freshness of coffee products
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional barista experience
- Expertise in espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Strong command of Indonesian coffee culture and bean origins
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Creative latte art ability with portfolio examples
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Basic understanding of coffee roasting and bean selection
