Tanggung Jawab
- Meticulously prepare specialty coffee beverages using espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Deliver personalized customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and operational standards in all workstations
- Collaborate with team to optimize daily workflows and inventory management
- Develop innovative seasonal drink recipes and presentation styles
- Train junior staff on brewing techniques and customer engagement
- Process POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-year experience in specialty coffee preparation
- Advanced knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Certification from SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and passion for continuous learning
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
