- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using professional techniques (espresso, pour-over, cold brew)
- Create stunning latte art and present drinks with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies while ensuring freshness
- Maintain impeccable hygiene across all coffee equipment and service areas
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience in specialty coffee establishments
- Expertise in espresso machine operation and milk texturing techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating latte art skills (traditional and modern designs)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
