Tanggung Jawab
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
- Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, handling internal and external communications professionally.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and manage vendor relationships for procurement.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events and team building activities.
- Remote Support: Provide remote administrative assistance to team members across different locations.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent administrative experience.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support roles.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Languages: Fluent in Indonesian; good command of English is a plus.
- Organization: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in both office and remote settings.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
