Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Master latte art and specialty brewing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the barista station
- Manage inventory and restock coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team to create seasonal drink innovations
- Train junior baristas on brewing standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expert knowledge of coffee beans and brewing methods
- Advanced latte art skills (rosetta/heart)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Certification in coffee processing preferred
- Passion for Indonesian coffee culture
