Tanggung Jawab
- Serve guests with impeccable professionalism and attention to detail
- Expertly present menu items, specials, and wine recommendations
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining ambiance
- Process payments accurately and efficiently via POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff for timely service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene protocols
- Contribute to daily pre-service briefings and inventory checks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or premium restaurant experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency preferred
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and beverage culture
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid food handling certification (Sertifikat PKP)
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts
