Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Manage enterprise-level helpdesk tickets with SLA adherence
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for escalations and hardware replacements
- Train end-users on new system implementations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 in Computer Science or IT-related field
- 3+ years experience in enterprise technical support
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud services
- Certification in CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds)
- Strong problem-solving with analytical mindset
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
