Lead critical infrastructure projects while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring 99.99% uptime for our global operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Lead system migration projects and performance optimization initiatives
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular DR drills
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions
- Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform/Ansible
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve critical incidents
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years in IT infrastructure with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization (VMware/KVM)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Certifications: CCIE, AWS Solutions Architect Pro, or equivalent
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven track record in managing complex system integrations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and crisis management experience
