- Operate and maintain espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Support inventory management and uphold hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team on seasonal menu development
- Participate in community coffee events and workshops
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expertise in espresso brewing and milk texturing
- Latte art certification or advanced skills
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins and processing methods
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Basic Indonesian language proficiency
- Food safety handling certification preferred
