Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Master espresso machine operation and milk texturing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee station and equipment
- Inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team to create seasonal beverage innovations
- Train junior staff on coffee preparation standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Certification from specialty coffee program (SCA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multitasking
- Basic English proficiency for international menu items
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
