Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for enterprise applications
- Lead end-to-end AI projects from data preprocessing to production deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows
- Research and implement state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms (NLP, Computer Vision)
- Optimize model performance and ensure robustness in real-world scenarios
- Maintain and improve existing AI infrastructure using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Document technical specifications and train junior team members
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Expertise in Python with strong data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization skills
- Proven track record deploying production-level ML pipelines
- Strong understanding of cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex AI projects with measurable business impact
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
