Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Lead cybersecurity protocols and incident response procedures
- Oversee hardware/software deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle management
- Provide technical guidance to junior IT staff and cross-functional teams
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies
- Optimize IT budgets and vendor management relationships
- Implement automation solutions for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years IT experience
- Advanced certifications (CCNP, CISSP, AWS/Azure) preferred
- Expertise in network security, virtualization, and cloud platforms
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service management
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/PowerShell) and automation tools
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
