Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple locations (Surabaya, Solo, Jogjakarta, Kediri, remote)
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Conduct employee onboarding, training, and performance management programs
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure data confidentiality
- Coordinate payroll processes and benefits administration
- Analyze HR metrics to support strategic workforce planning
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, BPJS, etc.)
- Proficient in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing remote teams and flexible work arrangements
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP) or equivalent preferred
