Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Administer HR operations: payroll, attendance, employee records, and compliance with labor regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and performance management systems
- Handle employee relations matters: conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and exit interviews
- Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision making and strategic workforce planning
- Collaborate with department heads on organizational development and succession planning
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role, preferably in tech/startup
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People) and MS Office
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust across all levels
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP/CHRM) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
