Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end recruitment processes for all locations, sourcing top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles
- Manage employee lifecycle administration: onboarding, performance management, compensation reviews, and offboarding
- Develop and execute training programs upskilling employees in leadership, technical skills, and company values
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003) across all operational regions
- Lead HRIS optimization for seamless data management across multiple city operations
- Conduct employee relations interventions and foster inclusive workplace culture
- Prepare monthly HR analytics reports for leadership decision-making
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field with minimum GPA 3.2
- 3+ years experience in HR generalist role with multi-location exposure
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed workforce systems
- Certification in HRBP or SHRM preferred
