Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks
- Oversee compensation & benefits administration, payroll processing, and statutory compliance
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and performance management programs
- Handle industrial relations and conflict resolution with legal adherence
- Utilize HRIS systems for data analytics and reporting to leadership
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified in HRBP or SHRM preferred
