Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for multiple locations
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee capabilities
- Oversee performance management systems and provide strategic HR guidance to department heads
- Administer compensation & benefits packages aligned with industry standards
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace conflicts
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Utilize HRIS systems for data analysis and reporting
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR generalist role, preferably in manufacturing or tech
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No.13/2003)
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in HRBP or SHRM preferred
- Experience managing multi-location operations
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
