Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, leaves, promotions)
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate skill development programs
- Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Handle employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Analyze HR metrics to improve workforce effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or HR-related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR generalist role
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, UU No.13/2003)
- Proficient in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in HR management (CHRP/SHRM) is advantageous
- Fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia
