Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across cloud infrastructure and enterprise software platforms
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs and implement permanent solutions
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization for key client accounts
- Mentor junior support staff through knowledge sharing and best practices
- Represent the company at technical workshops and client training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in technical support with enterprise-level SaaS products
- Expert-level knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong proficiency in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios) and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira)
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English with exceptional communication skills
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)
